Cancellation Policies
As a courtesy to our staff, please cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in a fee of services scheduled. Select services require a credit card reservation.
Wedding Parties & Spa Packages must be canceled 14 days in advance to avoid a 50% service charge.
Clients with a no-show appointment must pay with a credit card at the time of booking.
What if I arrive late?
Depending on your therapist's/stylist's schedule, we will still try to accommodate appointment. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may be cut short, or you may be asked to reschedule.
Product Returns
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, and provided that ½ of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product within 60 days of original purchase. No cash or credit card refunds on opened items, exchanges only.
Gratuities
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Unless noted, gift certificates for treatments and/or packages do not include gratuities.The rule of thumb in salons & spas is 15% or more of the cost of the treatment. Envelopes will be available at the front desk when you check out if you would like to place the gratuity into one with the stylist's/therapist’s name.
Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment in order to fill out necessary paperwork and to change into your spa attire. As a courtesy to other guests, please silence all cell phones & pagers.
Spa Attire
You will be asked to undress to your comfort level for massage/body treatments. Your therapist will keep your body draped with sheets during the treatment and only expose the areas being worked on. With treatments such as body wraps, you will be draped with hand towels in order to reap maximum benefits. Underwear may be kept on, or swimsuits may be worn, if that is your comfort level. We also offer disposable undergarments.
Give your therapist feedback as to your comfort and special trouble areas. We are here to make this the most relaxing and beneficial treatment for you, so tell us what your needs are. If you would rather enjoy the treatment in silence, that is your choice as well.
Pregnancy
All of our Spa Therapists are knowledgeable about which services are appropriate during pregnancy.
Forms of Payment
We except VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express and cash.
Personal checks are not excepted.
All prices are subject to change .
We apologize, but Chic is not responsible to any lost or stolen gift cards. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, or tips.
Children in the Salon
In order to provide a safe and relaxing environment, children are welcome when receiving services only.
Clients are discouraged from bringing children to the salon when children are not receiving service.
For their safety and for the comfort of other guests, children are not allowed in the salon/spa area unless they are having a service in the salon.
Children and babies in strollers are not allowed in the salon/spa area while a parent, friend, or sibling etc. is receiving a service. Please make arrangements for small children if you plan to be in the salon for an extended period of time.
A child who can sit quietly while unsupervised may wait in the reception area while a parent is getting a service. If a client comes in with a child and the child cannot sit by his/herself a rescheduling of the appointment will be necessary.
